The severed nose from Zlatan Ibrahimovic's statue in Malmö is claimed to be for sale for 100,000 euros (about 750,000 kronor). Several people have received e-mails about it from an anonymous group, Sydsvenskan reports.

It is allegedly an anonymous group calling itself "The Noze Club" that is behind the sale. They have reportedly offered several politicians from several countries the opportunity to buy it.

Among others, the Mayor of Milan, Giuseppe Sala, was reportedly offered the nose.

A photo of what the sender claims is the severed nose was also attached. The Zlatan statue has had a short but hard life. It was unveiled in October 2019 in Malmo, but the following month it became known that football star Ibrahimovic had become co-owner of Malmo FF's league rivals Hammarby.

This was the beginning of a series of incidents where the statue has been vandalised.

A toilet seat was hung around the neck of the statue, which has also been painted white, and the feet, like the nose, have also been cut off.
