The ProTour is in Milton Keynes this week for Players Championship 11, with Wessel Nijman still atop the leaderboard after winning last time out in Wigan.

The Players Championship circuit has landed in Milton Keynes for Players Championship 11. The Players Championship is the backbone of the PDC Calendar, with double header tournaments throughout the year before the finals in November.

A field of 128 players will step up to the oche to compete, with Dutchman Wessel Nijman currently occupying the top spot on the 2026 Players Championship rankings. He will feature in Milton Keynes alongside many other top pros.

Who’s competing at Players Championship 11?

Last time out at Players Championship 9-10 in Wigan, Chris Dobey (9) and Wessel Nijman (10) won the respective events and head into this week as the top two in the leaderboard.

They will both be competing alongside a host of names from the televised Premier League of Darts, including Stephen Bunting, Luke Humphries, Josh Rock, and Gian van Veen.

World number one Luke Littler is not at the Players Championship, along with other notable names like Nathan Aspinall, Jonny Clayton, Michael van Gerwen and, third in the Players Championship Order of Merit, Gerwyn Price.

What is the format? 

Games start as a best-of-11 match before the semi-finals, when it is increased to best-of-13, and then to best-of-15 for the final.

A Players Championship event gifts a top prize of £15,000 to the winner, and £10,000 to the runner-up. The semi-finalists get £6,500 and the quarter-finalists £4,000. Then it goes down to £3,000 for the last 16, £2,000 for the last 32 and £1,250 for the last 64.

Nijman heads the table with winnings of £64,250 in winnings, followed by Dobey in second with £56,500 and Price in third with £32,750.
