Manor Solomon’s stunning 64th minute equaliser saw Fulham rescue a point against a rejuvenated Wolverhampton Wanderers side to make it six games unbeaten in all competitions and within touching distance of the Premier League’s top four.

Into the top six and five games unbeaten in all competitions, Fulham had the chance to move within a point of Tottenham Hotspur in fourth against a Wolves side battling to secure their status within England’s top flight.

The hosts struggled to get into their stride early on, however, and showed little traits of a side flying so high in a scrappy start at Craven Cottage.

Marco Silva’s side were soon made to pay for their slow start, too, when Pablo Sarabia found himself on the receiving end of Raul Jimenez’s knockdown to find the bottom left-hand corner with an inch-perfect half-volley for his first goal for Wolves in the 23rd minute.

Fulham weren’t without chances of their own in the first period, though, with the best opportunity falling the way of Carlos Vinícius, whose glancing header could only fall into the grateful grasp of Jose Sa, as the game approached half-time.

Fulham lacked moments of quality in the first-half, but as the clock hit the 64th-minute, substitute Solomon produced a moment to remember, as he cut inside, before curling a pinpoint effort into the bottom corner of Sa’s goal, who stood no chance.

In finding the equaliser, Solomon became the first Israeli to score in three consecutive top-flight games in over 30 years.

Once Fulham found the equaliser, neither side could find a clear way through to secure all three points, as Wolves left Craven Cottage four points clear of the dropzone and six games without defeat against Fulham, who are now three points adrift of the Champions League places.
