A special playing kit featuring Arrow's likeness was worn by the Titans players in their 22-42 loss to South Sydney Rabbitohs, with all matchworn shirts being auctioned off this week and replica jerseys available for pre-order at the Gold Coast Titans shop.
The Titans' playing kit manufacturer, Dynasty Sports, has generously absorbed 100% of production costs for the 'Stand With Jai' shirts so that 100% of proceeds can be directed to Arrow and his family as he fights the incurable and progressive disease.
At time of publication, the playing shirts up for auction had bids ranging from $350 up to $2,500 for a single shirt signed by the entire Titans squad.
Arrow played 56 games for the Gold Coast Titans before joining current club South Sydney, for whom he will make his 100th and final appearance this weekend against Sydney Roosters.
Replica jersey sales alone have raised over $130,000 for Arrow with the pre-order window closing on Tuesday night.
Additional fundraising drives on the day, such as a 50-50 charity raffle and corporate contributions, pushed the total well over $200,000.
That was complemented by a charity lunch hosted by Burleigh Bears RLC last Friday afternoon, attended by Michael Maguire, Josh Hannay and Wayne Bennett among others, which raised $100,000 for the MND Queensland charity.
"What we witnessed on Saturday was simply extraordinary and arguably one of the most powerful moments we have seen in Australian sport," Titans CEO Steve Mitchell said on Tuesday morning.
"Jai's courageous fight is both humbling and inspiring and will continue with the entire community remaining in his corner, proud to watch him notch up a century with South Sydney on Friday after returning to the field at home last weekend."
