The changes have been made following medical uncertainties surrounding some players originally named in the squad.
The additions include four defenders, one midfielder and four forwards as Queiroz strengthens his squad ahead of the three fixtures.
VfL Wolfsburg defender Jonas Adjetey, Alidu Seidu of OGC Nice, Rapid Bucharest's Ebenezer Annan and Osasuna defender Rockson Yeboah have been added to the defensive department.
Slovan Bratislava midfielder Rahim Ibrahim is the sole midfield addition.
The attacking options have also been boosted with Coventry City forward Brandon Thomas-Asante, Derby County's Mohammed Fuseini, Benjamin Tetteh of Kalba and Igdir FK forward Felix Afena-Gyan joining the squad.
Fuseini earns his place after receiving a late call-up following Mohammed Kudus' withdrawal from the squad. The Derby forward scored his first goal for the club at the weekend, coming off the bench to rescue a 1-1 draw against Burnley.
Alidu Seidu also joins the squad after completing a season-long loan move from Rennes to OGC Nice. He made the switch after Nice used the Ligue 1 'joker' provision to sign him outside the normal transfer window.
The Black Stars opened camp in Accra on Monday, September 21, with the newly added players expected to join the team as preparations continue.
Ghana will begin their 2027 AFCON qualifying campaign against Côte d'Ivoire on Thursday, September 24, before hosting The Gambia at the Accra Sports Stadium on September 29.
The Black Stars will then travel to Morocco for an international friendly against the Atlas Lions at the Grand Stade de Tanger on October 4.
The team will continue training on Tuesday as Queiroz prepares his squad for the three upcoming assignments.
