This week saw the second matchday of the Europa League, with AC Milan the best-represented club in our Team of the Round with three players, including youngster Alphadjo Cisse - while several former and one current Premier League star also feature.

Here is Flashscore's Europa League Team of the Round, based on our player ratings system.

Goalkeeper

Dominik Kotarski (Dinamo Zagreb) 8.7

Kotarski made six saves against Anderlecht, clearly keeping his side in the game right until the final whistle.

Zagreb owe a lot of their 1-0 victory to the goalkeeper, only netting the winning penalty deep into added time.

Defenders

Omari Hutchinson (AC Milan) 8.7

Deployed as a right wing-back, the 22-year-old Englishman earned his place in our Team of the Week after an excellent performance in Milan's 4-0 win against Salzburg.

He provided the assist for Cisse's goal in the 15th minute with a brilliant delivery. Hutchinson made a huge impact down the right throughout the match, completing the most dribbles (four) and having the most touches in the opposition box (nine).

Charlie Cresswell (Stade Rennais) 8.4

Despite conceding in the 10th minute, the English defender produced an excellent performance. He won 16 duels and repeatedly cleared the danger from the Rennes box.

Cresswell saw plenty of the ball and did not put a foot wrong, completing 67 of his 76 passes as the French side battled to a 2-1 win.

Antonio Silva (Bournemouth) 8.8

Influential in his side's play, 22-year-old Portuguese defender Silva was impeccable. Efficient and almost omnipresent, he was the defensive leader of a team that controlled Sturm Graz perfectly as Bournemouth cruised to a 3-0 win.

Davide Bartesaghi (AC Milan) 8.4

At 20, he has yet to make a name for himself on the European stage, but Bartesaghi carried out his role superbly on Thursday night.

After Hutchinson, he was the one who provided the assist for Cisse's second goal, following the move through to the end. He created several dangerous chances down the left.

Midfielders

Kristoffer Zachariassen (Ferencvaros) 8.6

Zachariassen scored twice against Viktoria Plzen on Thursday night, operating as a playmaker. Despite touching the ball only 37 times, he had a major impact and attempted four shots.

His converted penalty 10 minutes from time earned Ferencvaros a 2-1 triumph and three precious points.

Alphadjo Cisse (AC Milan) 9.4

Cisse is the name to remember from the second Europa League night of the season. He is only 19, but he already knows how to make an impact in European matches for Milan.

Cisse became the youngest Italian in history to score a hat-trick in European competition, deployed as a second striker in Ruben Amorim's 3-4-2-1, as Milan laid down a marker on the rest of the competition.

Gianluca Prestianni (Benfica) 9.0

The Argentine winger did not score but produced a superb performance in Benfica's 4-1 win over Celtic. With two assists in the space of 13 minutes in the first half, he was an obvious choice for this Team of the Week.

Prestianni was also his side's highest-rated player, thanks to his attacking influence. He created the most chances (nine), had the most touches in the opposition box (14) and attempted the most shots (seven).

Oh Hyeon-gyu (Besiktas) 9.7

The 25-year-old South Korean received the highest Flashscore rating. Oh Hyeon-gyu scored twice in seven minutes to put Besiktas two goals ahead with 10 minutes remaining on Thursday night at Hoffenheim.

Before that, he had assisted Amir Murillo for the opening goal. Statistically, he was simply too good, having the most touches in the box (10) and attempting the most shots (seven). His efforts were rewarded as Besiktas came out 3-2 victors.

Nick Woltemade (Juventus) 9.1

Scoring Juventus' equaliser in the 59th minute, Woltemade produced a complete performance away to Celta Vigo to help seal a 2-1 comeback win.

More effective than in Serie A, the 24-year-old Germany international is continuing to adapt gradually to his new Italian club.

Keito Nakamura (Olympique Lyonnais) 9.1

Another player in our Team of the Week who did not score but played a crucial role in his side's victory, Nakamura provided two assists in Lyon's 3-2 win over Crystal Palace.

On both occasions, his creativity gave Lyon a two-goal advantage, helping to keep the French club's perfect record in European football this season.
