20:32 CET - The Davis Cup holds its qualifiers this week for the first edition of the competition since the International Tennis Federation ended the controversial partnership with investors Kosmos.

Georgia took on Bolivia on the first day of action, with the Georgian team winning both ties.

10:42 CET - Tatjana Maria knocked out one Ukrainian to face another after she triumphed over Dayana Yastremska with a 6-0, 6-4 score, the German will be taking on Lesia Tsurenko in the Thailand Open quarterfinals. 

10:13 CET - Heather Watson, the only British representative left, defeated Na-Lae Han 6-3, 5-7, 6-4. Her opponent is already known in Wang Xin of China clashing for a place in the semi-finals of the Thailand Open tomorrow at 5:00 CET.

9:46 CET - Ukrainian Marta Hosyuk defeated Nao Hibino from Japan to proceed to the quarterfinals of the Thailand Open. She will face the winner between Bianca Andreescu and Anastasia Zakharova, taking place later this morning at 10:35 CET.
