The Englishman accused the Sardinian club's Italian defender Alberto Dossena of using a racist slur against him.
"Udinese Calcio wishes to express its full support for Keinan Davis following the disgraceful racist insults he was subjected to by an opposition player during this afternoon's game," Udinese said in a statement.
"The club strongly condemns such despicable behaviour, which causes serious harm to the image and the values of the sport we love."
Davis told officials he had been racially abused and was initially booked during the heated final minutes of the game before the sanction was revoked.
The 28-year-old then said on Instagram Dossena had called him a monkey, an accusation Dossena then denied on the same social network.
