Global project ambassador and Social Media manager

Are you a sports fan? Do you love social media? We have a dream job for you! Our company is currently seeking a person who will take care of social media, user support and other duties for our global FlashScore project

Do you have previous experience with Social Media management? Can you prepare creative content - both in copy and graphics? Do you love sport? Like really, really, really love it? Would you have the empathy and patience to communicate with our users? Are you motivated and goal-oriented?

Essential candidate's background: 

  • Huge passion for sport, global knowledge. You have to know what is happening worldwide. 
  • Experience with social media and content creation - excellent copywriting skills, knowledge of Adobe Photoshop / Sketch or any other similar program. 
  • Native English, very good stylistics and grammar. 
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for a given task. 
  • A serious approach to very precise work and willingness to learn. 
  • Enough free time to work on the project continually on a daily basis.
  • Flexibility, communicative personality and ability to solve problems. 
  • Ability to stay calm when users are stressed or upset.
  • Knowing our product inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Readiness to start working immediately. 

Key responsibilities include: 

  • Preparing content for the FlashScore global account. 
  • Communication with our fans worldwide. 
  • Providing for and encouraging creative ways of building our brand in your country and promoting our products (web, mobile apps). 
  • Building relationships with media and sports entities.
  • Monitoring of competition on Social Media platforms. 
  • Improving the performance of Social Media platforms. 
  • Monitoring of set KPIs.
  • Analysing customer satisfaction and providing feedback to our headquarters.
  • Communicating with users through various channels - via email, social media or mobile platforms. 
  • Responding to escalated user support issues.
  • Acknowledging and resolving user complaints.

  • Please prepare 3 - 5 examples of posts for the @FlashScoreCOM Twitter account - copy and image included. The choice of topics is up to you. 
  • If you look at our Social Media accounts (links in the footer of our website): what could be done better? 
  • Put all posts into one PDF file.
