Both sides made plenty of changes but neither were able to find the answer. The collective defensive displays on show nullified the attacks, with the second period producing just 0.20 expected goals in total.
The points being shared certainly suits Zambia more, who drew their opening clash with Mali but now face tournament favourites Morocco in their final outing, which could leave them hoping for the other fixture to fall in their favour.
For Comoros, they will hope to build on this point in the final game to qualify for the AFCON knockout phases for only the second time in their history when they face Mali, with the final games set to decide the outcome of Group A.
