The conclusion of the 2025/26 National Football League season is here. The pack of title hopefuls has been whittled down to just two teams, with the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots going head-to-head. Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, California, provides the setting for a match that's guaranteed to live up to the hype. Fans can follow live on Sunday evening.

Super Bowl LX is broadcast to a global audience, but which team will grab the opportunity and etch their name into the history books? Seattle blazed a trail of glory to the National Football Conference (NFC), while New England dominated the American Football Conference (AFC). There's just one final hurdle to tackle, and fans can't wait for kick-off.

Win bet - Seattle

Sunday's showdown will be a spectacular event, a great advert for the sport of American Football, and a competitive match. We're taking sides from the off when picking the Seattle Seahawks to win Super Bowl LX at the home of the San Francisco 49ers. When targeting the moneyline market, the winning margin and scorers aren't important. You're on the result.

Why are we confident that the Seahawks will win? There are two main reasons: exceptional form and an impressive defence. An all-action offence is great fun to follow, but it's a solid, organised and disciplined defence that sees the cream rise to the top in the NFL. Seattle conceded just 292 points, the lowest of all teams in the NFC West by a good distance.

Seattle finished the regular season with the best defensive record of all contenders, with the Houston Texans the only other team to finish in the 200s. Our pick won 14 of their first 17 games, losing just once on the road. In the later rounds, Seattle thrashed the 49ers 41-6 before edging the LA Rams 31-27 at Lumen Field in a gripping playoff. We side with Seattle.

Tip: Seattle to win @ 1.41 (bet365)

Bet explanation: If Seattle wins the Super Bowl, you'll bank a profit.

Total points - under 48.5

The second of our three Super Bowl LX predictions comes from the totals, and we're picking Sunday's match to end with fewer than 49 points scored. You'll find this one in the total points market on the bet365 app, with a range of lines available. The 48.5 offers a great mix of value and a chance to land a winner. The team that lifts the trophy isn't important here.

Trawling through the recent results of both teams gives us confidence. Seattle were dragged into a slugfest by the Rams last time, but backing under 48.5 secured a profit in their other two starts in January. We saw 47 points in that playoff win over the 49ers, and just 16 points on the board when the Seahawks beat the same opponent at Sunday's venue on week 18.

Let's now switch our focus to the much-loved New England. The Patriots topped the AFC East with an average of 28.8 points scored per game and 18.8 conceded. During January, they shared 48 points with the Dolphins, 19 with the Chargers, 44 with the Texans, and just 17 when playing the Broncos in the playoffs last time out. Add under 48.5 to your bet slips.

Tip: Under 48.5 points @ 1.90 (bet365)

Bet explanation: You need Sunday's Super Bowl decider to finish with fewer than 49 points scored by both teams combined.

Line - New England +4.5

For our third and final Super Bowl LX suggested bet, we're backing the New England Patriots +4.5 points on the line. It's easy to bet and fun to follow.

New England +4.5 points may seem a little strange after advising Seattle on the moneyline, but there's a good reason for this wager. You'll still secure a profit even if the Patriots lose the Super Bowl, as long as they stay within four points of their rivals. If New England wins the match, you win your bet. If Seattle wins the match by fewer than five points, you win your bet.

Another positive is the fact that Super Bowl deciders are very often tight affairs. The winning margin was wide last time in New Orleans, but that went against the grain. Three points was the difference at LVIII, LVII and LVI. A bet on the underdog plus 4.5 points on the line won in three of the last four renewals, and that trend is too strong to ignore. We want four in five.

Tip: New England +4.5 @ 1.95 (bet365)

Bet explanation: You're betting on New England to win or lose by fewer than five points.
