Matt Boldy scored the overtime game-winner as the Minnesota Wild defeated the Dallas Stars 3-2 in Game 4 on Saturday to tie the series up 2-2.

The goal marked Boldy's third of the playoffs as the series will now head back to Dallas for Game 5 on April 28th.

Both goaltenders, Jake Oettinger (DAL - 42) and Jesper Wallstedt (MIN - 41), combined for a whopping 83 saves.

The game-winner came shortly after Oettinger made a jaw-dropping save against Boldy that kept the Stars' hopes alive. Boldy originally had scored another game-winner earlier in overtime, but it was waved off after it was an obvious kick-in.

Recap & Highlights

Ryan Hartman committed the first penalty of the game for goaltender interference that put Dallas on a power play just five minutes from puck drop, and the Stars didn't waste time taking advantage.

Jason Robertson stayed hot after scoring his fourth goal of the series, with assists from Matt Duchene and Mikko Rantanen, to give Dallas an early 1-0 lead one minute into the power play.

He became just the second player in franchise history to put up a four-game opening goal streak, joining Steve Payne (1981).

Minnesota would miss out on scoring during three power play opportunities in the first period, but they still managed to tie it with under five minutes left.

Brock Faber scored his third goal of the series to tie it 1-1 as he became the first defenseman in Stars history with at least three goals in a playoff series.

Kirill Kaprizov picked up his fourth assist of the series as Minnesota entered the second outshooting Dallas 14-11, but that would change drastically in the second.

Despite the Wild committing only one penalty in the second period, the Stars took advantage of the power play yet again.

Miro Heiskanen scored his first goal of the series, 18th of his career, as he extended the franchise record for most playoff goals by a defenseman as the Stars went up 2-1

Duchene and Ranten picked up the assist on Heiskanen's goal as well, marking nine combined assists from the Stars duo this series. This was the Stars' eighth power play goal of the playoffs - the most of any team.

Minnesota had yet another chance on the power play in the second, but couldn't find the net as Oettinger became a brick wall.

Dallas outshot them in the second period a whopping 17-5. But Minnesota wouldn't stay down in front of the home crowd in the third period.

Marcus Foligno picked up his first goal of the playoffs, and sixth of his career, in perhaps the biggest moment as the Wild tied it 2-2 with just 5:20 left to go.

Former scorer Faber picked up his second assist of the playoffs, while Nico Sturm tallied his first.

Then it would Boldy to win it for the Wild in overtime to take Game 4 as the series is tied up 2-2 heading back to Dallas.
