The NFL Week 16 matchup picks are in from our experts as fans look ahead to a Sunday full of big matchups as the playoff race continues to heat up!

On Thursday, we got what was possibly the game of the year after the Seattle Seahawks (12-3) took down the Los Angeles Rams (11-4) by a score of 38-37 after converting a clutch two-point conversion in overtime.

The win officially locked the Seahawks into a playoff spot. Now, they're gunning for the No. 1 seed in the NFC.

On Saturday, we had a pair of divisional matchups, with the Philadelphia Eagles (10-5) taking the NFC East title after a win over the Washington Commanders (4-11). Philly won 29-18 and will be in a chase with others for the No. 1 seed in the NFC the next two weeks.

In the second game, the Chicago Bears (11-4) came back to defeat the Green Bay Packers (9-5-1) in a thrilling 22-16 overtime victory. The win extended Chicago's lead in the NFC North to 1.5 games heading into next week.

The remaining rivalry matchup of Week 16 will be between the Tampa Bay Buccaneers (7-7) and the Carolina Panthers (7-7), as the winner will head into next week with sole possession of the top spot in the NFC South division.

On Sunday night, it'll be a matchup between the New England Patriots (11-4) and the Baltimore Ravens (7-7). The Buffalo Bills (10-4) sit just a game ahead of the Bills in the AFC East, while the Ravens are a game behind the Pittsburgh Steelers (8-6) in the AFC North.

On Monday night, the San Francisco 49ers (10-4) head to the Midwest to face the Indianapolis Colts (8-6). The Niners sit in third in the NFC West, two games behind the Seahawks and one behind the Rams, with Indy being in the same boat but in the AFC South behind the Jacksonville Jaguars (10-4) and Houston Texans (9-5).
