Saturday's highlights

12:25 CET - Team news is in from Celtic Park. League leaders Hearts make three changes from their midweek win over Falkirk, with Claudio Braga, Blair Spittal and Frankie Kent all dropping to the bench as Stephen Kingsley, Jordi Altena and Pierre Kabore come in.
For Celtic, they are unchanged from Wednesday night.
12:00 CET - Before the final day in the Bundesliga, there is the small matter of a title decider in Scotland.
Hearts have had a fairytale run, akin to Leicester City's Premier League win, this season, and go into the final day knowing they must avoid defeat to be crowned Scottish Premiership champions.
That hurdle, though, could not be tougher as they take on Celtic, at Celtic Park, their only rival for the title.
Controversy has plagued the run-up to this massive clash, after Celtic were given a penalty for a handball to win their midweek game against Motherwell 3-2 and take it to the final day.
The stakes could not be higher for the Edinburgh side. Their last league victory came back in 1960, and if they do the business today, they will be the first side in 40 years to break up the duopoly of the big Glasgow sides.

11:30 CET - It's that time of year again - after eight months of action, we have reached the climax of the Bundesliga.
Despite Bayern wrapping up the title weeks ago, there is still plenty to play for on the final day of the season.
Here's what to look out for from 15:30 CET, across the nine games.
The biggest storylines are at the bottom of the table. Two of Heidenheim, St Pauli or Wolfsburg will be relegated today, with the latter two playing a 'winner takes all' clash.
If either St Pauli or Wolfsburg win, they will secure the relegation playoff spot, whilst the other will be doomed to the 2. Bundesliga.
All three teams go into the final day on 26 points, meaning goal difference is likely to play a part. St Pauli, who are at the bottom of the table, have -29, as do Heidenheim, whilst Wolfsburg are three better.
Crucially, if St Pauli and Wolfsburg draw at the Millerntor today, then a win for Heidenheim at home to Mainz will see them avoid automatic relegation.
Elsewhere in the Bundesliga, Hoffenheim, Stuttgart, and Bayer Leverkusen are battling it out for the final Champions League spot.
Stuttgart, currently occupying fourth in the league, take on Eintracht Frankfurt, who can also slip into Conference League qualification with a win, whilst Hoffenheim travel to Borussia Monchengladbach, who have very little to play for, other than pride, today.
Leverkusen are three points behind both sides, so will need luck on their side to sneak into fourth.
Alongside Frankfurt in the battle for Conference League football next year is Augsburg and Freiburg. The latter currently holds a one-point advantage over the two chasers, but they have a tricky test in the shape of RB Leipzig.
