Atletico's Estadio Metropolitano to host 2027 Champions League final

Atletico Madrid's Estadio Metropolitano is set to host the 2027 UEFA Champions League final.

The Stadium has been home to Atletico since 2017 and the final will mark roughly a decade since the Spanish giants moved into the ground.

The Metropolitano last hosted UEFA's showpiece event back in 2019, when Liverpool famously beat Tottenham 2-0 in an all-English affair.

UEFA also confirmed that the 2027 Women's Champions League final will be held in Warsaw, Poland, while the 2026 Super Cup will take place in Salzburg, Austria.
