The Los Angeles Rams signed linebacker Nate Landman to a three-year, $22.5 million contract extension on Saturday.

Landman's new deal includes $15.6 million in guaranteed money.

The 25-year-old has 91 tackles, four tackles for loss, a league-leading four forced fumbles, four pass deflections, three quarterback hits, and 1.5 sacks through 10 games this season.

Landman was an undrafted free agent out of Colorado who signed with the Atlanta Falcons in 2022. He would up 192 tackles, seven tackles for loss, six forced fumbles, five QB hits, four pass deflections, and one interception across 36 games (23 starts).

Leading the league in forced fumbles, Landman has adopted the "One Punch" nickname as a tribute to the hit manga and anime series One Punch Man.

The team has posted constant memes for Landman's new nickname.

However, he'll need six more this season if he wants to break the franchise record (9) set by Leonard Little in 2022. But Landman could join elite Rams company if he earns two more, which will surpass future Hall of Fame Aaron Donald's five that he recorded in 2017.
