Thomas Tuchel has made two changes from the side that impressively dispatched Croatia in the last game, as Djed Spence and Marc Guehi come in for John Stones and Nico O'Reilly in defence.
20:24 CET - A scrappy goal but Portugal won't care as they extend their lead even further from a corner that bounced off a few players before keeper Abduvakhid Nematov got the final contact for what will go down as an own goal.
A really poor goal for Uzbekistan to concede and for all the Portugal magic, their opponents have been desperately poor.

19:53 CET - It is half-time between Portugal and Uzbekistan, and it is so far so good for Portugal and especially their main man, Cristiano Ronaldo.
19:40 CET - Ronaldo has done it again! A breathless counter by Portugal sees Bruno Fernandes pick a pinpoint through ball for Ronaldo, but the legendary forward still had plenty to do, and he found the bottom corner with the coolest of finishes.

19:30 CET - Uzbekistan are back in it after a wonder goal from range by Azizjon Ganiev! Or are they?
Sadly for Uzbekistan, it is not a goal, and Ganiev is denied the moment of his career after a foul in the build-up.
19:18 CET - Nuno Mendes has doubled Portugal's lead after a Mendes x Ronaldo double act fooled everyone into believing Ronaldo was going to take the free-kick before Mendes runs up last second and finds the bottom corner brilliantly!
Should the keeper be doing better? Yes, but on the other hand, maybe Ronaldo's acting did put him off.
19:08 CET - Cristiano Ronaldo has just sat down a lot of people after a vintage Ronaldo poachers finish inside the box to fire Portugal ahead early on! And with that goal, Ronaldo becomes the first player in history to score in six different World Cups.
