The forward scored two penalties - including an audacious 'Panenka' - to seal victory for his side in a showing that earned him a 9.3 player rating; the highest of any player over the weekend.
He also made four key passes and played a key role creatively in another impressive victory for Chelsea.
Palmer now has 11 goals and six assists in the Premier League this season and has continued to establish himself as one of the best players in the division.
