It is semi-finals Friday across the tennis world with some fascinating clashes and big-name players like Jakub Mensik and Mirra Aandreeva in action in Adelaide, Auckland and Hobart.

11:50 CET - Ugo Humbert has come through a battle against the top seed, Alejandro Davidovich Fokina, to win 6-3, 5-7, 7-6 (4) and book his place in the final at ATP Adelaide. 

09:50 CET - The third seed and teenage sensation Iva Jovic has booked her place in the final at Hobart after coming from a set down against home player Taylah Preston to win 4-6, 6-4, 6-1.

We have a host of overnight results to bring you, with the majority of action wrapped up for the day. First of all, in Auckland, Jukub Mensik came through a 7-6 (9), 4-6, 6-1 battle against Fabian Marozsan to book his place in the final.

In the other semi, Sebastian Baez cruised past Marcos Giron 6-1, 6-4 to set up a final with Mensik in the early hours of tomorrow morning.

We then head to Adelaide, where we were treated to two masterclasses by Mirra Andreeva and Victoria Mboko. First up, Mboko swatted aside home favourite Kimberly Birrell 6-2, 6-1 in just over an hour before third seed Andreeva downed Diana Shnaider 6-3, 6-2 to set up a mouthwatering final.

Finally over in the first semi-final on the men's side and the eighth seed Tomas Machac came from a set down to pull of an upset against the second seed Tommy Paul, as he won 2-6, 6-3, 6-3.
