Italy's Luciano Darderi won his second ATP title in as many weeks on Saturday with a 6-3, 6-3 victory over Spaniard Carlos Taberner in the Umag final.

World number 46 Darderi continued his fine run on clay following last week's triumph in Bastad and maintained his perfect record in tour-level finals as he collected his fourth career title.

The 23-year-old Darderi is one of just three men with three titles or more this season, joining Carlos Alcaraz and Alexander Bublik, who also won his second consecutive trophy in Kitzbuhel on Saturday.
