Travis Kelce signed a three-year, $54.7 million contract extension with the Kansas City Chiefs on Monday, according to multiple reports.

Kelce, 36, is coming off back-to-back seasons finishing below 900 receiving yards in each for the first time since his second and third years in the league. However, even with 851 receiving yards in 2025, Kelce still ranked fourth among tight ends in the category.

The long-time Chief tight end and future Hall of Famer looks like he's staying put for the rest of his career where it all began.

Kelce originally signed a one-year, $14 million deal before the official free agent signing period began on March 11th.

The Chiefs drafted Kelce in the third round of the 2013 NFL Draft. Since then, Kelce has become a seven-time All-Pro tight end and needs just 45 more receiving yards to surpass Jason Witten for the second-most of all-time among the position.

He will need 2,126 more if he wants to surpass former Chiefs Hall of Fame tight end Tony Gonzalez for the most all-time. If he puts up nine receiving touchdowns, he'll leap Jimmy Graham and Rob Gronkowski for the third-most ever by a tight end.
