First up at 01:00 CET, top seed Aryna Sabalenka takes on home favourite Jessica Pegula in what is a repeat of last year's final, which the Belarusian won in hard-fought fashion, 7-5, 7-5.
Sabalenka - who didn't take to the court in the last eight after Marketa Vondrousova's withdrawal - is targeting a third consecutive final at Flushing Meadows, while American fourth seed Pegula is continuing her pursuit of a maiden Grand Slam title.
The Belarusian leads the head-to-head 7-2, claiming victories in each of their last three meetings.

Following that clash, the resurgent Naomi Osaka comes up against another American, Amanda Anisimova, who avenged her recent Wimbledon final defeat to Iga Swiatek with a stunning 6-4, 6-3 triumph over the Pole in the previous round.
Interestingly, Anisimova has won both of their competitive meetings, although their last match came over three years ago at the 2022 French Open.
