The Minnesota Vikings traded Pro-Bowl linebacker Jonathan Greenard to the Philadelphia Eagles on Friday in exchange for a 2026 third-round pick and a 2027 third-round pick.

Greenard, 28, signed a four-year, $100 million deal with the Eagles as part of the deal, with $50 million guaranteed.

The Florida native played in 12 games last season for the Vikings, putting up three sacks with 38 tackles. However, his 13.5% pressure rate ranked seventh.

He spent the first four seasons with the Texans before joining Minnesota in 2024. In the two seasons that Greenard has started in more than 12 games (2023, 2024), he put up at least 12 sacks and 50 tackles.

He missed the remainder of the 2025 season after undergoing season-ending shoulder surgery.

Now, he'll be joining an Eagles team as the replacement for Jaelan Phillips, who went to Carolina in the offseason.
