Brandon Tanev, Eeli Tolvanen and Jaden Schwartz all marked the scoresheet for the Kraken, who have won seven straight overall and six straight road games for the second time this season. Jones logged 10 of his stops in the second period in his third shutout this season and 28th overall.
Boston, which entered the game 19-0-3 at home, was also handed its first shutout and had a 14-game point streak halted. Linus Ullmark lost for just the second time, making 28 saves.
Bruins coach Jim Montgomery was aggressive in pulling Ullmark in favor of an extra skater with five minutes left in regulation, but none of five shot attempts during more than a minute of continuous zone time found their way past Jones.
Rangers 2, Stars 1 (OT)
K'Andre Miller tied the score with less than one second remaining in regulation, Adam Fox scored 1:16 into overtime and New York rallied past visiting Dallas.
In overtime, New York's Artemi Panarin got to a loose puck during a scramble in front and passed to Fox, who scored on a backhander. With the extra attacker on for New York late in regulation, Miller's initial shot from above the left faceoff circle was blocked, but he then wristed a shot by Dallas goaltender Jake Oettinger two-tenths of a second before time expired.
Igor Shesterkin made 24 saves for the Rangers, who improved to 5-0-1 in their past six games and 13-2-2 in the past 17. Tyler Seguin scored his 10th goal of the season for the Stars and Oettinger made 29 saves.
Canadiens 4, Predators 3
Cole Caufield had two goals and Kirby Dach had a goal and an assist to lead host Montreal to a win over Nashville.
Jake Evans also scored, while Jonathan Drouin added three assists and Sam Montembeault made 39 saves for the Canadiens, who have won two of their past three games.
For the Predators, Nino Niederreiter and Filip Forsberg scored, Juuso Parssinen had a goal and an assist and Yaroslav Askarov had 31 saves as Nashville dropped its second straight following a four-game winning streak.
Jets 4, Sabres 2
Connor Hellebuyck made 39 saves and visiting Winnipeg defeated Buffalo.
Kyle Connor scored the game-winning goal in the third period, while Dylan Samberg, Josh Morrissey and Karson Kuhlman also scored for the Jets. Winnipeg has won six of its last seven games. It was the seventh time this season Hellebuyck has faced 40 or more shots and the Jets are 6-0-1 in those games.
Victor Olofsson had a goal and an assist and Tyson Jost scored for Buffalo, which has lost three in a row. Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen made 23 saves on 26 shots in the loss.
Hurricanes 6, Blue Jackets 2
Frederik Andersen returned after a two-month absence due to a lower-body injury and made 21 saves to lead visiting Carolina past Columbus.
Andersen had missed the last 29 games dating back to Nov. 6 before being activated Thursday by the Hurricanes, who snapped a four-game losing streak with the win. Carolina had a productive night from its blue line corps as four different defensemen scored, accounting for the first five goals in total on the night. The win was the 200th for head coach Rod Brind'Amour behind the Carolina bench.
Brett Pesce scored twice for Carolina, including a controversial goal eight minutes into the third period when Columbus goalie Joonas Korpisalo lost his mask moments before Pesce collected his own rebound.
Blackhawks 3, Avalanche 2
Taylor Raddysh tapped in the game-winning goal in the third period and Petr Mrazek made 31 saves as host Chicago defeated Colorado to extend its winning streak to three games.
Colorado's would-be game-tying goal from Alex Newhook with 4:51 remaining was overturned for goaltender interference following a Chicago challenge. Sam Lafferty and Andreas Athanasiou also scored for Chicago, which snapped Colorado's five-game winning streak in the series. Raddysh put Chicago ahead for good at 6:36 of the third
Pavel Francouz stopped 27 of 30 shots for the Avalanche in his first action since Dec. 13 as he recovered from a lower-body injury. Colorado has lost seven of eight.

Dillon Dube scored twice as visiting Calgary defeated St. Louis.
Blake Coleman and Walker Duehr also scored for the Flames, who have points in 16 of their last 20 games. Tyler Toffoli and Elias Lindholm earned two assists apiece for Calgary, and Dan Vladar made 25 saves.
Jake Neighbours scored for the Blues, and Thomas Greiss made 36 saves.
Red Wings 4, Maple Leafs 1
Lucas Raymond had a goal and two assists as host Detroit defeated Toronto in regulation for the first time since December 2017.
Robby Fabbri, Ben Chiarot and Moritz Seider also scored for Detroit, while Dylan Larkin also notched two assists. Ville Husso stopped 32 shots for the Red Wings.
Rasmus Sandin scored the lone goal for the Maple Leafs, who had gone 13-0-2 in their last 15 meetings with Detroit. Ilya Samsonov was credited with 19 saves. Toronto All-Star forward Auston Matthews missed his second straight game with an undisclosed injury.
Lightning 5, Canucks 4
Alex Killorn and Brandon Hagel each had a goal and an assist in Tampa Bay's three-goal second period, and a last-second save preserved the win over visiting Vancouver.
Vancouver cut a 5-2 deficit to one with 2:08 remaining and had a late power play, but with an extra Canucks skater on and the goaltender pulled, Tampa Bay goaltender Andrei Vasilevskiy (36 saves) made a sliding stop on Curtis Lazar with one second left to preserve the win.
Steven Stamkos notched his 499th goal and had an assist, and Nikita Kucherov scored and had a helper. Corey Perry found the net and Brayden Point and Nick Perbix had two assists. Vancouver's Quinn Hughes surpassed 200 career points with a goal and two assists. Elias Pettersson and J.T. Miller each had a goal and an assist, and Conor Garland also tallied. Backstop Collin Delia made 30 saves and recorded his first NHL point with an assist.
Wild 3, Islanders 1
Frederick Gaudreau and Sam Steel scored the tying and go-ahead goals in a 93-second span shortly beyond the midway point of the third period for visiting Minnesota, which beat New York in Elmont, N.Y.
Kirill Kaprizov scored an empty-netter with 1:12 left for the Wild, who snapped a three-game losing streak. Goalie Filip Gustavsson made 19 saves.
Scott Mayfield scored late in the first for the Islanders, who went 0-for-3 on the power play thereafter as their losing streak reached a season-high four straight games (0-3-1). Goalie Ilya Sorokin recorded 33 saves.
Senators 5, Coyotes 3
Alex DeBrincat had a goal and an assist and Jake Sanderson had two assists as Ottawa recorded a road victory over Arizona in Tempe, Ariz.
The result ended a two-game losing streak for the Senators, while the Coyotes' losing streak was extended to a season-high seven games (0-7-0). Mark Kastelic, Brady Tkachuk, Artem Zub and Derick Brassard also scored for Ottawa.
Dylan Guenther had a goal and an assist for the Coyotes, while Lawson Crouse and Barrett Hayton also scored for the home side.
Golden Knights 4, Panthers 2
William Carrier scored with 2:36 remaining to break a tie as Vegas scored three times in the third period to pull out a victory over Florida in Las Vegas.
Jack Eichel and Nicolas Roy also scored for Vegas and Keegan Kolesar had two assists for Vegas, which moved into first place in the Pacific Division. Adin Hill finished with 38 saves.
Sam Reinhart and Nick Cousins scored for Florida while Sergei Bobrovsky stopped 29 of 32 shots.
