14:05 CET - Qualifier Andrea Pellegrino has advanced in Bastad after beating Jaime Faria 2-6, 6-3, 6-3.

Over in Gstaad, eighth seed Arthur Rinderknech is out after losing to Francesco Passaro, who won their encounter 6-1, 7-5

13:06 CET - Seventh seed Damir Dzumhur is through in Bastad with a 6-4, 6-4 win over Sebastian Ofner, while Juan Manual Cerundolo has beaten German veteran Jan-Lennard Struff 6-3, 3-6, 6-3 in Gstaad.

12:25 CET - Hugo Gaston has beaten Tseng Chun Hsin 6-4, 6-3 to move into the second round in Bastad.

12:15 CET - In the men's tournament in Bastad, eighth seed Vit Korpiva has advanced after his opponent, Hugo Dalien, retired from their first-round clash.

In Gstaad, the first winner of the day is seventh seed Francisco Comesana, who beat Marco Trungelliti 6-3, 6-4.

In Iasi, qualifier Anna Siskova has gone through to the second round after beating Katarzyna Kawa 6-4, 4-6, 7-6.

Maria Lourdes Carle is also through after overcoming Patricia Maria Tig 2-6, 6-2, 6-2.
