The last 16 gets underway at the Paris Masters today, with Jannik Sinner, Alexander Zverev and Taylor Fritz among the big names taking to the court. Elsewhere, there's plenty of intriguing action at WTA events in Hong Kong, Chennai and Jiujiang.

18:02 CET - Sixth seed Alex de Minaur has eased into the Paris Masters quarter-finals after a superb 6-2, 6-2 victory over Karen Khachanov.

That win means the Aussie has now secured his spot in next month's ATP Finals in Turin!

17:35 CET - Another big result in the race to the ATP Finals as Alexander Bublik, who still has a slim chance of making it, has beaten world number four Taylor Fritz in straight sets 7-6(5), 6-2 to make it to the last eight.

Meanwhile, in India, Joanna Garland is through to the next round, thanks to a hard-fought 5-7, 7-5, 7-5 win over Mei Yamaguchi.

16:13 CET - A big victory for Ben Shelton in Paris as he looks to cement his spot in the ATP Finals, dispatching former ATP Finals man Andrey Rublev in straight sets 7-6(6), 6-3 to make it into the quarter-finals. Meanwhile, the day's play is over in Hong Kong with Himeno Sakatsume defeating Eudice Chong 6-2, 6-1.

15:26 CET - Another huge win for a Canadian, with Felix Auger-Aliassime keeping his hopes of an ATP Finals berth alive, thanks to a hard-fought 3-6, 6-3, 6-2 victory over Daniel Altmaier.

15:10 CET - Canadian teenager Victoria Mboko is through to the quarter-finals in Hong Kong after a comeback 3-6, 6-3, 6-4 win against Alexandra Eala.

14:38 CET - Back to Chennai, where third seed Donna Vekic is through to the next round thanks to a 6-2, 6-2 victory over Sahaja Yamalapalli.

13:21 CET - The fourth seed is through in Chennai, with Janice Tjen battling to a 2-6, 6-3, 6-2 win over Linda Fruhvirtova, while Anna Blinkova has edged Anna Bondar 7-6(3), 7-5 in Jiujiang.

12:56 CET - The incredible run of Valentin Vacherot shows no signs of slowing down after the Monegasque star battled past Carlos Alcaraz's conqueror, Cameron Norrie, in two competitive sets in Paris, 7-6(4), 6-4.

08:48 CET - Sixth seed Anna Kalinskaya is through to the quarter-finals in Hong Kong after a ruthless 6-1, 6-1 victory over China's Shuai Zhang in just 51 minutes.
