The ATP and WTA tours continue to rattle along at a blistering pace and Flashscore's tennis coverage is keeping up with the action for you. In our daily Tennis Tracker, we bring you the most interesting news, video highlights, reactions and social media posts that you should not miss from the wide world of tennis.

17:45 CET - The BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells is the largest international tennis tournament outside of the Grand Slams. As such, it's longer than a classic ATP or WTA tour event. Take a look at the schedule in the link below so you know what's to come.

17:35 CET - All eyes will be on Indian Wells this week and next for the BNP Paribas Open.

Following Novak Djokovic's (35) withdrawal, Carlos Alcaraz (19) will be leading the pack for the men while Iga Swiatek (21) and Aryna Sabalenka (24) will be the ones to watch in the women's draw.

15:05 CET - There's not much tennis happening today besides qualifiers for the Indian Wells Masters, which will be in full swing later this week. Therefore it's as good a time as any to listen to Daniil Medvedev's (27) gorgeous love letter to tennis - take a look in the link below.

8:52 CET - Alex de Minaur (24) has spent much of his career toiling in Nick Kyrgios's (27) shadow, but is finally grabbing the spotlight in his home country Australia while his flashy compatriot remains sidelined with injury.

De Minaur's triumph at the Mexico Open in Acapulco over the weekend was not only the 24-year-old's biggest career title but also ensured he has replaced Kyrgios as Australian number one with his boost to 18th in world rankings.

8:28 CET - Ukrainian Marta Kostyuk (20) dedicated her first WTA singles title to those "fighting and dying" in her home country amid Russia's ongoing invasion after she defeated Russian Varvara Gracheva (22) 6-3 7-5 to win the inaugural Austin Open on Sunday.

8:22 CET - Novak Djokovic (35) has formally withdrawn from the draw for the Indian Wells tournament, organisers said on Sunday in an indication that the world number one's application for a COVID-19 vaccine waiver to enter the US might have failed.

Overnight in Monterrey meanwhile, Donna Vekic (26) nearly quit tennis amid doubts over her fitness after undergoing knee surgery two years ago, but the Croatian has made a remarkable comeback and captured her first title since 2021 by winning in Monterrey on Sunday.

We will bring you the latest updates and news from both ATP and WTA Indian Wells qualification rounds as well as the rest of the action in the tennis world today.
